Organizer guide
Your first league in about 10 minutes.

Create your account
Use the email address you were invited with. We'll send a confirmation link; open it and press the confirm button. Your organization shows up as soon as you do.
Didn't get the email? Check your junk folder and mark it “Not Junk”. LeagueBox is new, and some mail apps are cautious with new senders.

Set up your organization
On Your organizations you'll see the organization you were invited to, or you can use + New organization. This is your club, bar, or group. It holds all your leagues.

Add a league
Press + Add a league and fill in the league name, sport, and format:
- Round robin: everyone plays everyone.
- Bracket: single or double elimination.
- Ladder: teams challenge the ones above them to climb.
Match night and division label are optional.

Create a season and add teams
Inside the league, create a season with a name and start and end dates. Then use + Add team: a team name and its players.
Give each player an email address and they get a short welcome email with a link to create their account, so they can see their schedule and report scores. You can add players without emails; they just won't get notified.

Build the schedule
Press Generate round-robin schedule or Start bracket (Round 1). Boards are assigned for you. In a bracket, later rounds are built as results come in. Ladder leagues have no schedule; teams challenge each other.

Run game night
Open Game days on the season page for a view built for the night. Either team enters the final score with Submit score; the other team presses Confirm or Dispute. As organizer you can settle any match with Set final score.
Standings and ratings update on their own after each confirmed match.

Share it
On the league page, Public standings and Live scores are links anyone can open without an account. Put them on a TV at the venue or send them to your group chat.

Add a helper
Manage members on your organization lets you invite a co-organizer by email. They get an email with a link to join. View roster lists every player across your leagues.
